Middle School: Haiku and Poetry Special

Special Highlight: This month our middle school students will also be learning the art of Haiku.

Miho Kinnas is instructing the class this month on Haiku and poetry. She is a Japanese born poet and translator who has authored two books, “Today, Fish Only” and “Move Over, Birds”.

Pictured here is the class presenting their Haiku for the class to review and critique.

We are excited to have Miho and see our students exploring these historic art forms.
