The school day for children in the Primary Program is 8:00AM-11:30AM for children in their 3 year old year. Children in the Primary program must be fully potty-trained.
Children in their 3 year old year who need a longer day may opt to participate in the Lunch Bunch Program. Details in next section.

The school day for children in the Primary Program is 8:00 AM–2:30 PM for children in their 4- and 5-year-old program. The extended day allows children to remain in their regular morning classroom with their teachers for lunch and an additional afternoon work period. This schedule gives children more time to work along their individual paths of learning while also participating in small-group enrichment activities.
Additionally, the After School Program is offered for Primary children from 2:30 PM–5:00 PM in an effort to better serve the needs of our families.
Lunch Bunch Program
24 months - 3 years (not applicable to children enrolled in the 4- and 5-year-old program)
Three-year-old Primary students may extend their school day until 2:30 PM through Lunch Bunch. Children transition to the Lunch Bunch classroom for lunch, rest, indoor activities, and outdoor play.

Enrollment & Payment Details
- A non-refundable deposit per student is due at the time of enrollment. Deposits are applied toward the total annual tuition balance.
- Families may choose to pay tuition in full, by semester, or monthly.
- Tuition is due on the 15th of each month, depending on the selected payment plan.
- A $65 late fee will be applied if tuition is not received within 10 days of the due date
Accounts Receivable Policies
• Monthly tuition payments are due every month on the 15th from July to May of the current school year.
• Semester tuition payments are due July 15th and December 15th of the current school year.
• Annual tuition payments are due July 15th of the current school year.
• After school payments start in full on September 15th of the current school year. In September, a full month along with the prorated amount for August of the current school year will be shown on your account.
Tuition Protection Fund
Families who do not pay tuition in full by August 1 are required to participate in the May River Montessori Tuition Protection Fund. The Fund helps protect the school's annual tuition commitment in the event of withdrawal. Please see the Enrollment Agreement and Tuition Protection Agreement for complete terms and conditions.
Contract Verbiage
In consideration of the acceptance of this reservation into the May River Montessori School, I hereby agree to pay the required deposit per student, which is non-refundable, unless the Program is cancelled. I agree to pay the required fees in the amounts and according to the published schedule. I understand that I am obligated to pay the Fees and Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year. For the purpose of this contract, the school year is defined as the school-billing year, which begins July 15, 2026 and ends May 15, 2027. Tuition can be paid in full, by semester, or monthly (if paying monthly, your first payment begins July 15). Tuition is due the 15th of each month. A $65.00 late fee will be added to your account if tuition is unpaid after 10 days have passed the due date.
No portion of any Tuition paid or charged will be refunded or waived in case of subsequent absence or withdrawal of above student, except as specifically provided for below, the only exceptions to this general rule are stated below:
In view of this obligation, I understand that the Tuition Protection Plan is being made available to me to protect my yearly financial obligation under the terms of the Enrollment Contract. This program insures fees (prepaid and due) in the event of separation according to the terms of the policy.
Should legal action be necessary to collect monies owed to the May River Montessori School by me, I agree to pay all costs incurred.
